Qualifications

• 3+ years in field sales or account management with a hunting focus.
• Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or the insurance ecosystem is a strong plus.
• Excellent discovery, communication, and negotiation skills; confident presenter.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and comfort with local travel across the territory.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement a territory growth plan targeting high-potential accounts.
• Source new opportunities through direct outreach, local networking, and industry events.
• Organize and attend trade shows and industry events; convert activity into booked revenue.
• Run thorough discovery to understand customer needs, timelines, and decision processes.
• Position the right Insurcomm and Fortify solutions and secure work authorizations.
• Support client communications as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity records in our CRM.
• Comply with all safety, driving, and jobsite requirements.
• Perform other duties to support the team and business.
