Job summary

Insurcomm Restoration | Fortify Companies seeks a Business Development Manager to build and lead a hunter-driven sales territory in Cincinnati, OH. You will create new opportunities, expand existing accounts, and partner with operations to deliver a seamless client experience from first contact to project completion.

You will work with property managers, insurers, and referral partners to drive revenue, attend industry events, and maintain a robust pipeline in HubSpot. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field sales or account management with a hunter mindset.
• Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance ecosystem is a strong plus.
• Excellent discovery, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory growth plan for Cincinnati.
• Prospect and generate new business through outreach and in-person meetings.
• Attend industry events and convert activity into revenue.
• Lead discovery meetings to identify client needs and timelines.
• Maintain relationships with property managers, insurers, and referral partners.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless client handoff.
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM.
• Travel locally as needed and comply with safety rules.
