Alert 360 is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a field sales organization serving residential and small business clients in the Houston area. You will spend 70-80% of your time in the field coaching your sales team, meeting clients, and actively driving new sales in the community.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, develop strategic plans to grow market share, and nurture strong relationships with homeowners and business owners while leveraging Salesforce for performance

• Field Sales Proven Success in outside sales.
• Leadership of a sales team and field reps.
• Hands-on field leadership 70-80% time in the field.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• CRM proficiency with tracking performance and leads.

Responsibilities

• Build & Lead Sales Team: Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain top talent to build and scale a dynamic sales team targeting residential and small business clients.
• Field Leadership: Spend 70-80% of your working time in the field alongside your team - leading by example through ride-alongs, field coaching, and direct prospect engagement.
• Residential & Small B2B Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share across residential homeowners and small local businesses.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key homeowners and business owners, ensuring custom security and smart technology solutions meet their unique needs.
• Business Development: Drive active lead generation, local networking, and proactive community outreach to expand the sales pipeline.
• CRM & Data Management: Utilize Salesforce to track team activity, monitor sales metrics, forecast performance, and streamline pipeline management.
• Deal Closure & Negotiation: Guide your team through sales cycles, applying proven negotiation skills to close deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
