Job summary

Össur is hiring an Area Sales Manager in Nashville to drive sales of bracing and supports across Tennessee, Kentucky and North Alabama. You will present to medical professionals, build relationships with clinical decision-makers, and expand Össur's customer base while meeting sales targets across the territory.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in field sales in medical products, with travel around 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a life science or business discipline.
• Minimum of three plus years in direct field sales, preferably in medical products.
• Prior experience selling O&P, physical therapy or orthopedic products is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual territory sales objectives for all products.
• Make scheduled, personalized sales presentations to medical professionals in the assigned territory to elicit use of Össur products and achieve sales goals.
• Use all available tools to execute the sales plan within the territory, including CAM and specialists, literature and promotional materials.
• Maintain a high level of output against productivity standards and focus on growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic solutions towards the total market to grow the territory profitably.
