Job summary

Össur is seeking a field sales representative in the United States to drive growth of bracing and support products. You will present to orthopedic and hospital staff, build relationships with clinical decision makers, and expand the customer base while hitting territory goals.

The role requires 3+ years in medical field sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Competitive compensation includes base salary and uncapped commissions with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, life science or business preferred.
• Minimum three years in direct field sales, medical products ideal.
• Experience selling O&P, Physical Therapy or Orthopedic products is highly desirable.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed territory sales objectives for all products.
• Deliver personalized sales presentations to medical professionals in the territory.
• Utilize all tools and resources to execute the sales plan.
• Maintain high productivity and efficiency within established standards.
• Collaborate with Independent Representatives and distribution partners to reach goals.
