Embla Medical is seeking a dynamic field sales professional to drive growth for Össur orthotic products within the U.S. You will call on hospitals, clinics and O&P offices to promote solutions and expand market share.

Responsibilities include tiered sales objectives, using resources effectively, and maintaining professional standards while traveling up to 50% of the time. Embla Medical offers a comprehensive benefits package and performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or business.
• Minimum three years in direct field sales.
• Experience selling O&P, Physical Therapy or Orthopedic products desirable.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Able to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Attains or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual territory sales objectives for all products.
• Makes personalized sales presentations to medical professionals in the territory to elicit use of Össur products and achieve sales goals.
• Uses all available tools to execute the sales plan within the territory and with partners.
• Maintains a high level of output according to productivity standards.
• Develops and executes strategic solutions to grow territory profitability.
• Maintains professional image and confidentiality of company data.
