You will lead in-field outreach, educate partners on available Community Supports, and manage territory plans to meet or exceed targets. The role focuses on developing referral networks, expanding admissions, and maintaining detailed CRM data while traveling extensively within San Diego County.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in Business Management or related field preferred.
• 2+ years outside sales experience, preferably in home health or related healthcare.
• Active driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to travel ~80% in territory.

Aufgaben

• Generate leads, referrals, and admissions through in-field and virtual outreach to health plans, healthcare organizations, social service agencies, government organizations, and other community partners.
• Prospect and develop new referral relationships within the assigned territory, scheduling meetings and conducting educational presentations.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve growth goals and KPIs using performance data.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and MCO partners, serving as a resource on services and eligibility.
• Maintain lead, contact, and activity information in Salesforce and provide market feedback.
