Job summary

Uniti is seeking a Lead Specialist in Consumer Direct Sales to coach, guide, and drive field sales across an assigned territory. You will conduct prospecting, product education, and closing activities while helping new hires gain confidence and achieve their sales goals.

You will mentor teammates through ride-alongs, maintain compliance with sales processes, and report trends or barriers to leadership. This role requires travel within districts and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity targets.
• Conduct field-based sales activities including prospecting and closing new business.
• Mentor and coach new hires through ride-alongs and observation.
• Reinforce sales processes, territory management, and customer experience standards.
• Serve as a contact when the manager is unavailable.
