Job summary

Uniti is seeking a Consumer Lead Specialist for the Consumer Direct Sales Organization. This field-based role coaches new-hire Direct Sales Specialists, provides guidance and daily support while maintaining personal sales goals.

You will model strong sales behaviors and serve as a go-to contact when management is unavailable. Responsibilities include meeting targets, conducting field activities, mentoring riders, and ensuring adherence to processes and territory management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven success in direct/field sales or similar performance-based environment.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, activity expectations, and productivity targets.
• Conduct field-based sales activities, including prospecting, customer engagement, product education, and closing new business.
• Mentor and coach assigned new hire Direct Sales Specialists through ride-alongs, shadowing, observation, and real-time feedback.
• Reinforce approved sales processes, compliance expectations, territory management practices, and customer experience standards.
