Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Braintree, MA is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth in our ABA services. This field-based role focuses on expanding referral networks, engaging healthcare decision-makers, and reducing wait times for autism diagnosis and therapy.

You will generate leads, manage a robust pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborate with Admissions and Sales Ops. The role offers a $75k base plus mileage reimbursement and OTE of $135k–$150k, with strong growth

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years in field sales, outreach, or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience generating leads, managing a sales pipeline, and meeting targets.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow relationships with referral sources (pediatricians, school staff, therapists, daycare directors).
• Conduct outbound outreach through in-person visits, networking, and field events.
• Maintain a disciplined prospecting plan to source new opportunities and expand market share.
• Log outreach and keep Salesforce up to date with activity and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Sales Ops to move opportunities through the funnel.
