ABA Centers of America is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive lead generation and referral growth in the Massachusetts market. This field-based role focuses on pediatric care partners, schools, and families, with emphasis on rapid outreach and meaningful engagements.

You will manage a full sales cycle, collaborate with Admissions and Sales Ops, and participate in events to expand the referral network and accelerate admissions.

Formación

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of field sales, outreach, or business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and grow relationships with prospective referral sources.
• Log outreach and referrals in Salesforce; track pipeline and outcomes.
• Execute territory outreach aligned to goals and market priorities.
• Plan field events and community outreach to generate leads.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Admissions; provide regular reports.
