Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a field sales intern to support direct store-level selling in designated markets, including Dallas and other U.S. locations.

The role involves visiting Walmart stores daily, executing in-store displays, and building relationships with store personnel. It offers structured onboarding, hands-on experience with a Fortune 500 specialty chemicals company, and potential full-time opportunities upon successful performance.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working in a field-based, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel regionally and independently.

Responsibilities

• Visit 6-8 Walmart stores daily within the assigned territory to drive HTH Pool Care orders.
• Generate incremental revenue through store-specific orders and product placements.
• Build relationships with Walmart store coaches, store managers, and market managers.
• Execute display placements and ensure proper product positioning and integrity in the pool care aisle.
• Provide daily reports on store visits, orders, competitive activity, and feedback.
• Track competitive product placement, pricing, and promotions.
• Complete a structured 4-week onboarding covering product knowledge and in-store selling techniques.
• Pair with a mentor for ride-alongs and ongoing coaching.
