Job summary

Solenis LLC invites motivated students or recent graduates to join a field sales internship supporting Walmart accounts across multiple markets. You will visit 6-8 stores daily, drive product orders, and learn SSO ordering and in-store selling techniques during a structured onboarding.

The role offers hands-on field experience with a Fortune 500 company, mentorship, and potential for a full-time opportunity after the internship.

Qualifications

• A degree is not required for this role.
• Ideal for December 2026 graduate or a student able to work full-time both Spring and Summer.

Responsibilities

• Visit 6-8 Walmart stores daily within your assigned territory to drive HTH Pool Care orders through direct store-level selling
• Generate incremental revenue through SSO (store-specific orders), off-shelf display placements, and feature execution
• Build professional relationships with Walmart store coaches, store managers, and market managers
• Execute half-pallet display placements and ensure proper product positioning, signage, and modular integrity in the pool care aisle
• Provide daily reports on store visits, orders placed, competitive activity, and customer feedback
• Track and report competitive product placement, pricing, and promotional activity
• Complete a structured 4-week onboarding program covering product knowledge, SSO ordering, Walmart store operations, and in-store selling techniques
• Pair with an experienced Solenis field rep who will provide mentorship through ride-alongs and ongoing coaching throughout the program
