Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a detail-oriented field sales intern to join our team in the United States. You will visit 6–8 Walmart stores daily within your assigned territory to drive HTH Pool Care orders through direct store-level selling, build relationships with store coaches and managers, and execute in-store placements.

This paid internship offers a 4-week onboarding, paired mentorship, real territory ownership, and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel and drive within territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit 6–8 Walmart stores daily within your territory to drive HTH Pool Care orders.
• Generate revenue through store-specific orders and display placements.
• Build relationships with Walmart store coaches, managers, and market managers.
• Execute half-pallet placements and ensure proper product positioning and signage.
• Provide daily reports on visits, orders, competitive activity, and feedback.
• Report on competitive placement, pricing, and promotions.
• Complete a structured 4-week onboarding covering product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Pair with a seasoned Solenis field rep for mentorship.
