Job summary

Solenis LLC invites a motivated field-sales intern to join our team. You’ll visit Walmart stores daily in a defined market, build relationships with store staff, and drive HTH Pool Care orders through direct selling and on-shelf placements.

You'll complete a 4-week onboarding, pair with a seasoned field rep, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The role runs February–July 2027 with strong potential for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage store-level decision makers and build relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Willingness to travel daily using a personal vehicle or company vehicle.
• Comfort with reporting visits, orders, and market feedback.
• Enthusiastic team member with a competitive, results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Visit 6-8 Walmart stores daily within your territory to drive HTH Pool Care orders through direct store-level selling.
• Generate incremental revenue through store-specific orders, off-shelf display placements, and feature execution.
• Build professional relationships with Walmart store coaches, store managers, and market managers.
• Execute half-pallet display placements and ensure proper product positioning and signage.
• Provide daily reports on store visits, orders placed, competitive activity, and customer feedback.
• Track and report competitive product placement, pricing, and promotional activity.
• Complete a structured 4-week onboarding program covering product knowledge and ordering processes.
• Pair with an experienced Solenis field rep for mentorship through ride-alongs and coaching.
