Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern for Field Sales in Summer 2027 to gain exposure to territory management, sales analytics, and commercial operations. You will work with experienced sales leaders in an assigned territory, gain real-world exposure, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive retailer engagement.

The internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 13, 2027, with hybrid work options and meaningful projects that offer professional development and networking.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship end.
