Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. invites undergraduates to join a 10-week Field Sales Intern program. You will work in Commercial, support Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, and contribute to territory growth. The internship includes field time, project work, and leadership exposure across sales, marketing, and business development.

Expected graduation: Dec 2027–May 2028. Hybrid work model and learning opportunities across the U.S. are offered, with a starting hourly pay of $30.00.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
