Philip Morris International U.S. is offering a Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program.

The 10-week internship provides hands-on experience across field sales, commercial operations, analytics, and business development in a structured internship track. Interns will spend time in the field with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects supporting territory growth and consumer engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and analytical skills expected.
• Leadership demonstrated through academics, activities, or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship conclusion.
