Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is offering a 10‑week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations within an assigned territory.

You will work with experienced sales leaders, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that support territory growth and consumer engagement. The internship runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full‑time bachelor’s degree program.
• Graduation expected between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, activities, or work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects aimed at improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the internship conclusion.
