Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales for the Summer 2027 program. You will work in the Commercial organization, gaining exposure to field sales, analytics, and retailer engagement while partnering with sales leaders to translate plans into marketplace results.

You will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects supporting territory growth and consumer engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship conclusion.
