Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience in commercial operations within a 10-week program from June 7 to August 13, 2027.

The internship provides exposure to Territory Sales Managers, sales analytics, and retailer relationships, with opportunities to influence territory growth and consumer engagement. Interns will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, participate in field ride-alongs, analyze market data, and present findings

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
