Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 with a 10-week program. You will gain hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations, partnering with sales leaders to drive territory growth and consumer engagement across the United States.

Interns will spend time in the field, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects supporting territory growth. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and exposure to leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
