Job summary

PMI U.S. Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 offers hands-on exposure to field sales and commercial operations in a structured program.

You will work with experienced sales leaders on priorities within an assigned territory, gaining real-world experience in translating strategy into marketplace results. Interns ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that support territory growth and consumer engagement.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data for opportunities.
• Develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, CX, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising.
• Support projects improving effectiveness and efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders at internship end.
