Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in a 10-week program. You will shadow Territory Sales Managers, analyze trends, and help drive territory growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve commercial results.

Expect to gain hands-on experience in field sales, customer engagement, and retailer relationships. This internship runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027 with a flexible hybrid work model and strong professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations or work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to leaders at internship end.
