Job summary

The Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 opportunity at PMI U.S. offers hands-on experience in territory sales and commercial operations.

You will work alongside Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that support territory growth and retailer engagement. During the 10-week program (June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027), you will rotate through field activities, participate in ride-alongs, and present findings to leaders.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate insights.
• Demonstrated leadership in academics, athletics, work, or community involvement.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, business development, or commercial strategy.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
