PMI U.S. is offering a Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 to gain real-world experience in territory management and commercial operations. You will work with Territory Sales Managers, analyze data, and contribute to growth initiatives across an assigned territory.

Participants will ride along, study market trends, and present actionable insights to leadership at internship end. The program runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, in a flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership demonstrated through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, business development, or commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
