PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 position in the Commercial organization.

The 10-week program provides hands-on experience in field sales, retail execution, and business analytics within an assigned territory, with guidance from experienced sales leaders and opportunities to present findings to executives. Interns will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that drive territory growth and consumer

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
