PMI U.S. Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 offers hands-on exposure to field sales and commercial operations within an assigned territory. You will work with experienced sales leaders to translate strategic plans into marketplace results.

Interns will analyze market trends, support performance reviews, and present recommendations to drive territory growth and consumer engagement.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
