Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering a Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 to gain hands-on exposure in field sales and commercial operations. You will work with seasoned sales leaders on priorities within an assigned territory, visiting retailers and analyzing market trends.

Interns will spend time in the field, analyze data, and contribute to projects supporting territory growth and consumer engagement, with opportunities to present findings to leadership at the program’s end.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (full-time).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, organizations, or activities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to leaders at internship conclusion.
