Philip Morris International U.S. invites applications for the Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027.

The 10-week program runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, offering hands-on field sales exposure, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a Commercial team focused on a smoke-free future. Interns will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and present actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to leaders at internship conclusion.
