PMI U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales for Summer 2027. The 10-week program runs June 7–August 13, 2027, delivering hands-on experiences in field sales, retail execution, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration across Commercial teams.

Interns will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and present recommendations to leaders. Eligibility: enrolled in a full‑time bachelor's program with graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028; valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel locally within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
