Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern - Field Sales Management in Avenel, NJ. The program runs June 7–August 13, 2027 and is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, in-person at the Avenel facility.

The role supports selling, account development, promotions, and distribution expansion across market channels. A sign-on bonus of $2,500 and bi-weekly pay accompany the internship, with mentorship and project work integrated throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Full-time undergrad student, junior year, graduating Fall 2027 or Spring 2028, major in Business Administration.
• Available to work 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.
• Geographic mobility highly preferred; strong Excel/PowerPoint and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth and meet volume objectives.
• Engage with distributor partners on pre-sell promotions and POS materials.
• Develop and maintain customer account contacts to increase product availability.
• Monitor activities to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Create action plans to achieve annual objectives.
