The program runs June 7–August 13, 2027, full-time, 40 hours/week, in-person at Northlake facility. Opportunity for Early Career Leadership Development Program and cross-functional team exposure.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled as a full‑time undergrad student, junior year, with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Majors include Business Administration or related field.
• Available to work 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8am–5pm).
• Geographic mobility is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• CPG/beverage experience is a plus.
• Demonstrates analytical and project management abilities and can multi-task in a cross-functional environment.

Aufgaben

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth, share growth, and distribution while meeting volume objectives.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts for pre-selling promotions, displays, POS material, resets, and service requirements.
• Develop and maintain customer account contacts to increase product availability within market channels.
• Monitor business activities to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Develop action plans to achieve annual objectives.
