Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern – Field Sales Management in St. Paul, MN to grow channels, meet sales objectives, and collaborate with distributor partners. You will learn to analyze trends and execute in-market plans.

This in-person internship offers exposure to cross-functional projects and leadership development. The program runs June 7 – August 13, 2027, is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, at our St.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student in their junior year with an expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Available to work 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm).
• Geographic mobility is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with multi-project management.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and be a self-starter.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Consumer packaged goods or beverage experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated analytical and project management capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand and share growth and achieve volume objectives.
• Contact key personnel in accounts for pre-selling promotions, displays, POS materials, and resets.
• Develop and maintain customer account contacts to increase product availability.
• Monitor business activities for contract compliance and execute action plans.
• Support in market development and execution of annual objectives.
