Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) invites rising undergraduate juniors to join its 2027 Summer Internship in Field Sales Management in Houston, TX. The role focuses on growing channels, achieving sales objectives and representing the company to distributor partners; you will learn how to execute plans and analyze competitive activity.

The program runs June 7 – August 13, 2027, full-time 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, in-person at the Houston facility.

Qualifications

Full-time undergraduate student in their junior year with an expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm).
Willing and able to relocate to any listed U.S. program location.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills including listening, written, and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Consumer packaged goods or beverage experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Ability to multi-task in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth, share growth, distribution, and to meet volume objectives.
Contact key personnel in assigned accounts for pre-selling promotions, displays, POS material, resets, and service needs.
Develop and maintain customer account contacts to increase product availability in market channels.
Monitor business activities to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Develop action plans to achieve annual objectives.
