Job summary

ADT is seeking a Sales & Install Branch Manager in the Springfield region to lead a small team of Solutions Advisors and Installation Technicians. The role focuses on local sales leadership, customer experience from sale to install, and safety/compliance across branch operations.

You will manage daily activities, coach staff, and drive revenue with strong stakeholder engagement in the local market. A focus on budgeting, scheduling, and process optimization is essential for successful operation.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in business administration, marketing, operations, or other related field of discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of operations and operations management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in leadership operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch staff including Solutions Advisors and Install Techs.
• Drive local sales strategy to meet revenue targets and support pricing guidance.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience from initial sale through installation completion.
• Enforce safety protocols for installation teams and branch operations; ensure OSHA and local code compliance.
