Job summary

Groundworks is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, assess foundation issues, and propose repair options. You will travel within your territory, work with warm leads, educate homeowners, and close deals in their homes.

Top performers earn substantial commissions, with training pay provided. The role combines field work and remote coordination, backed by a strong training program and company vehicles for eligible performers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales, B2C and/or in-home sales is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on performance and customer service.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
• Report to work on time each working day.
