Job summary

Pacific Landscape Management is seeking a results-driven Business Developer for commercial landscaping. This field-based role focuses on identifying prospects, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals to secure long-term maintenance contracts.

The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in the field, with CRM proficiency and a valid driver’s license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience; landscaping, facilities, or service industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable prospecting and developing new business.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the commercial landscaping market.
• Conduct cold calls, site visits, and attend networking events to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, commercial property owners, and decision-makers.
• Develop and present customized maintenance solutions and proposals.
• Collaborate with operations and estimating teams on pricing and service planning.
• Track sales activity in CRM software and submit weekly progress reports.
• Ensure a smooth handoff to account management and field teams.
