Job summary

ScaleSource is hiring a Commercial Landscaping Sales / Business Development Lead to build and run a remote sales engine for commercial maintenance contracts across the U.S. This hunter role requires active outreach, lead generation, and coordination with onsite teams to deliver fast proposals.

You will own prospecting, identify decision makers, track bid cycles, and drive the quote process to meet the 72-hour target while maintaining CRM discipline and pipeline health.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of total professional experience.
• 5+ years of B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or lead generation.
• 3+ years selling to U.S.-based businesses or clients.
• Experience in remote or field-based sales roles is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English at a professional business level.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, research properties, identify decision makers, and build targeted lists.
• Coordinate quotes, proposals, and follow-up to drive signed contracts.
• Own CRM records, track bid cycles, and report weekly pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with onsite sales and estimators to ensure accurate quotes delivered within 72 hours.
