Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, white-glove experiences directly in customers’ homes. Earn with uncapped commissions and a base salary, with top earners reaching six figures annually in a regional Indiana market.

New reps receive paid training and ongoing coaching to excel in field appointments. You’ll drive with a company vehicle, participate in demonstrations, and close deals while building lasting customer relationships across multiple

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver's license; company vehicle provided for official use only.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the field to close sales and deliver personalized interactions.
• Conduct hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.
• Schedule and visit customers, working nights, weekends and holidays as needed to meet goals.
