Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes across Indiana. You will drive sales with in‑home appointments and hands‑on demos, aiming to meet or exceed targets while earning uncapped commissions.

New reps earn $61,600–$100,000 including salary and commissions; starting pay depends on geography and experience. Training and ongoing coaching support success.

Qualifications

1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
Proven success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value.
Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
Maintain a valid driver's license; company vehicle provided for official use.
Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers through scheduled in-home appointments and demos.
Close sales by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and services.
Present tailored AT&T solutions to meet customer needs and keep them connected.
Follow up and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
