Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove in-home experiences across Indiana. You will connect with customers at scheduled appointments, demonstrate products, and close deals with hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments.

Expect uncapped commission with top earners reaching six figures. Training is provided, and a company vehicle is available for official business use. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
• Close deals with hands-on demos and tech delivery.
• Provide Wi-Fi assessments and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.
• Engage with warm prospects and upsell additional services.
• Work independently in the field and manage appointments.
