Joe Taylor Restoration in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Outside Sales Account Executive to generate new business, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory. You will focus on developing referral partnerships with insurance agents, property managers, HOA managers, and other partners, while handling full sales cycles and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Outside sales experience required; focus on new business development.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, HOA managers, and other referral partners.
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing new business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
• Monitor market opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
• Meet regularly with the Director of Sales to review performance and sales opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
