Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore in Florida is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive revenue through building referral relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, and other specialists. You will participate in on-site visits, agency meetings, and local events to promote our restoration services and grow market share.

You will manage a territory, track activities in CRM, and represent the brand with professionalism and dedication to customer service on every engagement.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Proven work experience as a sales representative.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to fire and water events to introduce ServiceMaster Restore to property owners and contacts on-site.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to insurance agencies, real estate offices, and property management companies.
• Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and trade shows to promote brand and generate leads.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, insurance adjusters, agents, and first responders.
• Track leads and opportunities, report activities in CRM, and maintain pipeline development.
