FusionSite Services LLC is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage a Fort Myers, FL territory. This is a true field-based role requiring prospecting, developing new business, and closing sales face-to-face with customers on job sites and at client locations.

The ideal candidate has several years of outside sales experience, enjoys meeting customers in the field, and is motivated by building long-term relationships with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside/field sales experience.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing a geographic sales territory independently.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and consultative selling abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Business Development: prospect within territory, build relationships, present tailored solutions, prepare proposals, close new business.
• Territory Management: grow territory, build pipeline, maintain client contact.
• Relationship Management: develop long-term partnerships via regular meetings and service.
• Sales Strategy: identify needs, propose solutions, negotiate pricing, maintain CRM pipeline.
• Customer Experience & QA: perform basic QA/QC inspections, ensure satisfaction.
• Sales Administration: keep CRM records, forecast, participate in networking events.
