We are seeking an Outside Sales Account Executive to generate new business, manage referral partnerships, and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Outside sales experience required; proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, HOA managers, and other referral partners.
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through closing new business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
• Monitor market opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
• Meet regularly with Director of Sales to review performance and opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
