Job summary

Exoticca is seeking a Sales Representative (B2B) in San Francisco to drive growth with Travel Advisors and agency partners. This field-based role emphasizes frequent agency visits, account activation and high-volume market coverage.

You will work with the B2B Sales Team to educate customers on Exoticca’s destinations, products and Loyalty Program, aiming to increase engagement and bookings in a fast-growing international company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development or account management in travel.
• Experience in the travel industry is preferred, but strong sales potential is welcome.
• Willingness to travel frequently and spend substantial time in the field.

Responsibilities

• Visit travel agencies regularly across the assigned territory with high-frequency field coverage.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of Silver & Bronze accounts within Exoticca Loyalty Program.
• Build relationships with Travel Advisors and agency teams as the daily commercial contact.
• Activate dormant or low-producing accounts and grow booking activity.
• Educate Travel Advisors on Exoticca destinations, products, promotions, tools and loyalty.
• Deliver in-person product presentations, trainings and webinars.
• Identify new agency partners and support activation of new accounts.
• Attend trade shows and events as required and maintain CRM data accuracy.
• Meet KPIs for visits, activation, bookings and portfolio growth.
