Job summary

Exoticca is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative (B2B) to develop and grow our tiered agency accounts within an assigned territory in the United States. You will visit Travel Agencies regularly, activate and expand Silver and Bronze accounts, and be their primary commercial contact to drive engagement and bookings.

You will partner with Business Development Managers, deliver product trainings, and promote Exoticca's destinations and promotions in a dynamic, multicultural team environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales or business development experience in travel.
• Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency or strong working knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit Travel Agencies regularly within the assigned territory.
• Develop and grow Bronze and Silver accounts in Exoticca's Loyalty Program.
• Build relationships with Travel Advisors and agency teams as the day-to-day contact.
• Activate accounts from registration to first booking and beyond.
• Educate advisors on destinations, promotions, tools, and loyalty benefits.
• Present products in person, conduct trainings and webinars.
• Attend industry events and maintain CRM activity.
