Exoticca is looking for a Sales Representative (B2B) to develop Tier 2/3 agency accounts in the assigned U.S. territory.

This field-based role emphasizes in-person visits, account activation and driving bookings, in collaboration with the B2B Sales Team. You will build strong relationships with Travel Advisors, deliver product education, conduct presentations and trainings, and maintain CRM records to hit KPIs for activity and growth.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management in the travel industry.
• Experience in travel preferred but not required for highly motivated sellers with a passion for travel.
• Strong commercial mindset and enthusiasm for developing customer relationships.
• Willingness to spend significant time in the field visiting Travel Agencies.
• Self-motivation and ability to manage a territory and daily visit schedule independently.

Responsabilidades

• Visit Travel Agencies regularly across the assigned territory with high-frequency field coverage.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of Silver & Bronze accounts within Exoticca's Loyalty Program.
• Build relationships with Travel Advisors and agency teams as the day-to-day commercial contact.
• Activate accounts and grow bookings, moving from registration to frequent production.
• Identify opportunities to reactivate dormant and low-producing accounts.
