City Wide Facility Solutions in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to hunt for new commercial janitorial contracts and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close.

You will work in the field and from the office; you must drive your own vehicle, have a valid license, and be proficient with Microsoft products and our CRM; base salary of $60,000 with uncapped commission and on-target earnings of $120,000+.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in outside sales or new business development.
• The drive to hunt new business in person and by phone.
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable to high standards.
• Strong communication skills for surveys, presentations, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect commercial buildings in person and by phone.
• Set 3 appointments, complete 3 proposals, deliver 3 per week.
• Log around 50 quality activities a day in our CRM.
• Close recurring contracts that grow your income and your book.
